Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Training Manager to lead and enhance the performance of our branch teams, including both front-of-house and kitchen staff. This role requires a hands-on approach to training, ensuring top-level service quality and operational standards across our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical, on-site training to branch employees covering service duties, kitchen operations, and hygiene protocols.
- Manage onboarding programs to effectively integrate new hires into our work environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations (including HACCP) and uphold brand identity standards.
- Conduct regular visits to branches to assess training requirements and promptly implement improvements.
- Continuously update training materials, manuals, and operational checklists to reflect current best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years of experience in the food and beverage or restaurant sector, with preference for those who have worked in major international chains such as McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Hardee's, Texas Chicken, or comparable establishments.
- Minimum of three years dedicated to training roles within restaurant environments.
- Excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English languages.
- Willingness and flexibility to frequently travel between different branches.
- A passionate, patient demeanor with strong skills in motivating and empowering team members.
