Key Responsibilities

• Daily communication and coordination with partner restaurants.
• Placing and confirming customer orders accurately with restaurants.
• Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with restaurant partners.
• Quickly addressing and resolving any operational issues on the restaurant side.
• Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
• Keeping precise records of communications and orders made.
