Role Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional dining standards, managing and developing the restaurant team, ensuring regulatory compliance, meeting financial goals, and delivering superior guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant activities to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Inspire, mentor, train, and grow the skills of restaurant personnel.
• Consistently anticipate and fulfill guest needs, elevating the dining experience.
• Uphold the highest service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
• Coordinate staff schedules, attendance monitoring, and performance assessments.
• Oversee inventory control, procurement, and cost management to optimize profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health protocols.
• Professionally manage guest feedback and resolve any complaints.
• Collaborate closely with culinary teams to ensure consistent food quality and prompt service.
• Prepare regular operational reports, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Support marketing efforts, promotional activities, and special events aimed at increasing restaurant revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Three to five years of restaurant management experience, ideally within luxury hotels or fine dining venues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams effectively.
• In-depth understanding of food and beverage operations, service excellence, and managerial practices.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, inventory oversight, and cost control measures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of local food safety, hygiene, and health regulations preferred.
