About the Role

The Internal Security Department (ISD) has safeguarded Singapore’s stability and security for over 75 years by countering threats from foreign subversive groups, espionage, racial and religious extremism, and terrorism. The Resource Planning Executive position is a vital role for a meticulous professional passionate about optimising the allocation of resources to enhance organisational outcomes. You will engage closely with senior management and diverse departments to forecast resource needs and align deployment strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update comprehensive resource allocation plans that align with ISD's strategic goals.
• Evaluate how resources are used, pinpoint inefficiencies or shortages, and propose actionable improvements to enhance operational productivity.
• Work collaboratively with different units to facilitate prompt and effective resource distribution.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be Singapore Citizens.
• A strong desire to contribute to Singapore’s safety and internal security is essential.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
