Role Overview

As a Research & Development Manager, you will lead the design and execution of research initiatives aimed at evolving the company and opening new market opportunities. This involves recognizing market trends and customer demands, establishing collaborations with academic and industrial partners, and steering the innovation lifecycle from concept to product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Research & Development team to drive the creation of cutting-edge products and services.

• Foster and maintain partnerships with universities, research bodies, and companies to exchange knowledge and optimize resource use.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed higher education in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience managing research & development projects and leading teams.
• Solid expertise with various research methodologies, instruments, and techniques.
• Background in digital transformation and proficiency in leveraging new technologies.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and interpreting market trends.
• Excellent leadership skills combined with strong teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
