About the Role

Join a highly regarded investment research team in Melbourne as a Research Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while fostering strong relationships within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities

Organise sector review meetings by managing scheduling, calendars, logistics, and travel arrangements for both research staff and fund managers
Administer contracts and opportunities using CRM and e-signature tools, tracking pending actions and following up as necessary
Handle shared inbox communications, responding to general inquiries and escalating issues to the research team when needed
Draft meeting agendas, maintain registers, and ensure accurate, current research documentation
Enhance the operational effectiveness of the research team through administrative and coordination support
Work collaboratively with Legal and Research departments to guarantee timely and precise process completion

Required Skills and Experience

Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within financial services, fintech, wealth management, or other regulated sectors
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and a strong affinity for systems and process optimization
Excellent communication skills with confidence in managing diverse stakeholder interactions professionally
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capability to handle competing priorities efficiently
Proactive nature, team-oriented mindset, and enjoyment in providing support within a collaborative environment
