Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with researchers and institutions to explore opportunities for data access and joint research projects.
• Lead introductory dialogues to clarify project objectives and evaluate potential partnership suitability.
• Convert collaboration discussions into explicit data requirements and specifications.
• Prepare partnership documents including summaries, proposals, and preliminary agreement language for internal and legal evaluation.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and partnership progression, ensuring timely follow-ups through to formalization.

Candidate Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred: PhD in scientific or clinical disciplines; candidates with a Master's plus relevant experience will also be considered.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
• Superior organizational capabilities and aptitude for managing multiple concurrent relationships and deadlines without oversight.
• Exposure to clinical or research data domains such as clinical trials, biobanks, or pathology is highly beneficial.
• Experience drafting business communications, including one-pagers and fundamental contract text; previous involvement with data use agreements, MTAs, or research collaboration contracts is advantageous.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range from $30,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of qualifications and experience.
