Role Overview

This position is a full-time hybrid Research Assistant role based in Boston, Massachusetts, allowing part-time remote work. The successful candidate will assist in various research projects through data collection and analysis, conducting thorough literature reviews, supporting grant proposal preparations, and creating comprehensive reports and presentations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating project activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring meticulous documentation of research progress.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in research methodologies encompassing data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
• Advanced skills in academic writing, synthesis of literature, and preparation of research documentation
• Experience with statistical software and data visualization techniques
• Strong organizational aptitude and efficient time management for handling multiple project tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with interdisciplinary collaborators
• Preferred familiarity with clinical informatics or healthcare-related research areas
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related fields
• Knowledge of Institutional Review Board (IRB) procedures and grant writing processes is advantageous
