Role Overview
The Renewals Executive position is a full-time role based onsite in Dubai. The primary responsibility involves managing the renewal of business licenses and ensuring all compliance requirements are met for Bizvisor's clientele. This includes monitoring renewal deadlines, preparing necessary paperwork, submitting documents, and communicating effectively with free zone authorities and government departments to facilitate smooth renewals.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years' practical experience in business incorporation and trade license renewal processes within the UAE.
- In-depth familiarity with UAE free zone online portals and ability to navigate them proficiently.
- High typing speed combined with precision and accuracy.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Possession of a valid UAE residence visa, whether self-sponsored or independent.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated background in license renewals, PRO services, or corporate business setup advisory, ideally in consultancy or corporate services environments in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory environments, including free zone and mainland licensing mechanisms, and relevant government digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills aimed at client relations, capable of clarifying requirements, setting expectations, and fostering professional interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management capabilities to efficiently manage multiple license renewals and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and fundamental CRM or workflow tools, enabling effective document management and reporting.
- English fluency mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.
- Ability to perform onsite duties in Dubai, collaborate within a team setting, and adapt to changing regulatory frameworks.
- Preferred academic qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related fields.
