Role overview
This position is centered on growing a premium wellness brand’s visibility and revenue through TikTok Shop. The person in this role will take ownership of day-to-day TikTok management, build content plans that resonate with the brand’s audience, and use platform trends to increase reach, engagement, and commerce performance.
You will help define the brand’s voice on TikTok, build an active community around it, and improve the overall shopping experience for customers across different markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and run TikTok content plans aimed at wellness-focused and premium product audiences.
- Handle routine account activities such as publishing posts, scheduling content, and replying to audience comments.
- Configure TikTok Shop and keep product pages, listings, and checkout flows running smoothly.
- Produce, edit, and post short videos that fit current TikTok formats and trends.
- Review performance metrics to measure engagement, audience growth, and sales, then refine the approach based on what the data shows.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure social content supports wider marketing efforts.
- Source and build relationships with influencers or brand supporters to broaden the brand’s reach.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience running TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop for consumer-facing brands, preferably in wellness, beauty, or food.
- Good knowledge of TikTok’s trends, algorithm behavior, and effective engagement practices.
- Comfort using video editing software and creating content directly from mobile devices.
- Ability to work without close supervision, juggle several priorities, and deliver work on time.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Data-aware approach with experience reading TikTok analytics and performance reports.
- Creative, self-driven, and comfortable adapting quickly to changes in social media.
- Open to ongoing freelance work and fully remote collaboration.
