Role Overview
RG&T Solutions is in search of a Human Resources Specialist to remotely support recruitment processes, applicant tracking system management, payroll operations, and employee lifecycle activities across regions including Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment logistics and administer the applicant tracking system (Lever) to ensure effective support for hiring managers and a seamless candidate journey.
- Maintain employee records, conduct reviews of company policies, and deliver comprehensive HR administrative assistance.
- Promote a positive employee experience by driving communication and engagement efforts that align with organizational values.
- Participate in various HR initiatives such as updating policies, refining procedures, and analyzing workforce data.
- Collaborate with external vendors, uphold data accuracy within HRIS/ATS platforms, and aid in establishing HR functions in new countries.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess an undergraduate degree complemented by a minimum of four years’ experience in HR, especially employee relations, with an understanding of California employment law.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish language skills are favored.
- Strong abilities in organization, communication, cultural sensitivity, and technological applications.
- Capable of safeguarding confidential information, managing competing priorities efficiently, and thriving in a dynamic, remote work setting.
Compensation and Benefits
