Overview
Join Entel Connect and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while promoting cross-selling opportunities. We are looking for proactive individuals with a positive attitude and strong results orientation to become part of our team as Customer Service and Cross-Selling Advisors for Entel Peru.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base full-time salary of S/1130 plus unlimited commissions.
- Family allowance of S/113.
- Night shift bonuses.

Working Hours
- Full-time schedule requiring 48 hours per week plus a 45-minute break.
- Shift timing: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with one rotating day off weekly.
Training
- Training conducted entirely remotely.
- Duration of training is 16 days plus 2 days for assessment.
- Training includes on-the-job remote learning.
- Stipend of S/15 per day during training.
