Job Overview
The Relationship Manager at Piramal Finance serves as a key driver in acquiring new clients and fostering strong ties with current customers, focusing on microfinance offerings like individual and group loans. The position aims to meet business objectives while upholding high standards of customer support and managing the loan portfolio effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients through in-person visits and referrals.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers and local community members.
- Clarify loan products, eligibility, and repayment details to customers.
- Carry out customer verification and gather necessary documentation.
- Process loan requests following company guidelines.
- Ensure prompt disbursement of loans and monitor the use of funds.
- Follow up on EMI collections and sustain quality portfolio health.
- Reach monthly goals related to business growth, loan disbursement, and collections.
- Keep precise customer records and submit daily activity logs.
- Comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Address customer questions and provide post-sale support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any field preferred.
- Open to freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, or sales.
- Familiarity with lending products and basic finance concepts is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in field sales and collections.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in computers and mobile applications.
- Readiness for extensive travel.
