Job Overview
The Relationship Manager is tasked with establishing and nurturing strong ties with clients by comprehensively understanding their requirements and offering appropriate products or services. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and driving business expansion through managing client portfolios, securing new business, and meeting assigned sales and revenue goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and sustain enduring relationships with current clients.
- Assess client needs and suggest suitable products or services accordingly.
- Expand the customer base by leveraging networking, referrals, and other business development strategies.
- Oversee and expand a client portfolio to meet targets related to revenue and profitability.
- Respond swiftly to customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Organize regular consultations and follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement.
- Keep abreast of market fluctuations and competitor actions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Compile and present reports covering client interactions, sales metrics, and emerging business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.
