Job Overview
We are recruiting a Relationship Manager (RM) specializing in Home Loans to lead regional sales efforts within the housing finance sector. The role involves steering open market operations focusing on home loan products, including loan against property and mortgage financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate open market activities related to housing finance products.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to strategize and execute affordable housing sales initiatives.
- Supervise the end-to-end loan processing for property and mortgage loans.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging from 7 months to 7 years specifically in home loan sales.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree.
- High travel expectation across multiple cities, including Ludhiana, Patiala, Mohali, Faridabad, Indore, and Ahmedabad.
