About PBPartners
PBPartners is the business-to-business division of Policybazaar.com, India's largest online insurance aggregator. It is dedicated to empowering insurance agents, point-of-sale persons, and distribution partners by equipping them with digital tools, training, and access to a broad array of insurance products including Life, Health, Motor, and Commercial Lines. PBPartners aims to enhance insurance accessibility and streamline distribution by leveraging Policybazaar's advanced technology platform, solid insurer relationships, and reputable brand presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attain business targets measured by Annualized Premium (ANP) and total number of cases.
- Generate new customer leads through natural market presence, referrals, and an orphan base.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings to identify needs and offer relevant insurance offerings.
- Apply a structured sales approach to recommend suitable insurance solutions based on client requirements.
- Increase sales by upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Address post-sales customer inquiries and ensure prompt issuance of policies.
- Maintain regular engagement and build strong relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors to plan and implement business strategies.
- Develop and assess innovative sales forecasting and strategic techniques.
- Manage and expand the client database within the assigned region.
- Adhere to Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards to protect customer and corporate information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a bike for travel purposes.
- Proficiency in the regional language is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in field sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Ready for immediate joining.
