Overview
Bharti AXA Life Insurance is looking to hire urgently for a Banca Channel Relationship Manager role. The position is based in Mumbai, with opportunities at Borivali, Thane, and Vashi. The role will support Axis Bank and AU Bank branches, with the designation moving from RO to RM.
Compensation and experience
The offered CTC is up to 3.5 LPA. Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in life insurance. The age bracket for this opening is 20 to 35 years.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads during account opening or when service calls are made to customers.
- Build and strengthen working relationships with cluster heads and branch staff so the team keeps life protection and annuity products top of mind.
- Participate in workplace activities such as setting up stalls and delivering presentations in corporate settings.
- Engage with HNI customers in one-to-one interactions to support sales closure.
- Complete the sale process and follow up until policy issuance is finished.
- Improve bank customers’ awareness of life insurance solutions and help increase penetration for annuity and protection products.
- Run reward and recognition initiatives for bank staff effectively.
- Provide regular training to bank staff on annuity and protection plans.
