About the Role
The position of Relationship Manager – Agent Network is focused on supporting business development efforts to drive student enrolments for undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by institutions in the UAE and France. This role particularly concentrates on establishing and overseeing an education agent and channel partner network in the regions of Kerala (based in Calicut) and Telangana, aiming to foster a steady flow of qualified candidate leads and facilitate recruitment activities aligned with regional enrolment goals.
Key Responsibilities
The role demands a field-intensive approach for a results-driven admissions professional skilled in agent management, responsible for expanding and maintaining the agent network and collaborating on recruitment operations within the designated states.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in student admissions, recruitment, or sales channels within education. Proven practical experience in building and managing education channel or agent partnerships is essential, with preference for those having recruited for international universities (UK, EU, France, or other global institutions) or well-known Indian universities.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing student recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of undergraduate and postgraduate admission processes, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and effective conversion strategies.
- Fluency in English and the local language is compulsory; proficiency in other regional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel throughout the assigned geographical areas.
