About the Role
Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company Ltd is seeking Relationship Managers for its Direct Channel sales team, primarily located in Bangalore (Jayanagar & Indiranagar) and other cities such as Indore, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Surat, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Vadodara, Delhi (Preet Vihar, Janakpuri, Kirti Nagar). The role focuses on offering tailored insurance solutions directly to customers, acting as the key link between the client and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct selling by scheduling and attending customer appointments at office or home.
- Follow up on leads and appointments allocated by the call center to ensure revenue generation.
- Meet self-sourcing targets consistently.
- Maintain daily business reporting, including sales call records in LMS, lead utilization, and conversion tracking.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in personal loans, real estate brokerage, or any field sales; preference given to candidates with 1-5 years experience in life insurance or BFSI sales.
- Educational qualification of at least 12th standard, with graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and any regional language.
- Age between 25 and 40 years, with specific vacancy limits for candidates up to 38 years.
- Possession of two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.
- Established contact base and confident demeanor.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Candidates from life insurance field sales are highly valued, especially for Delhi locations, with salary packages up to 5 LPA if possessing appropriate experience.
- Candidates not from life insurance background should be comfortable working in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary between INR 20,000 and INR 33,000 per month, based on experience.
- Additional unlimited incentives and career advancement opportunities.
- Offered annual CTC ranges from INR 2.4 lakhs to INR 4 lakhs depending on location and experience.

- Priority hiring location is Karnataka Bangalore branches (Indiranagar, Jayanagar).
- Other branch locations have competitive CTC offers.
