Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Executive who will be responsible for handling author inquiries, guiding clients through the publication workflow, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide clear explanations of publication services and advise clients on journal selection.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Follow up on potential leads to convert them into confirmed clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met effectively.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient multitasking and client management skills.
- Basic understanding of research publishing is advantageous.
- Graduate degree in any field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary between 15,000 to 18,000 INR per month plus incentives.
