About Heritage Lifecare and Riverside Lifecare

Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our expanding nursing team on a fixed-term basis until 01 August 2027, working 32 hours per week with shifts covering mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends. This role contributes to delivering hospital-standard care with kindness and professionalism to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of Caregivers to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualised care plans.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of residents.
- Establish enduring relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners.
- Provide support to Clinical Services and Care Home Managers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or internationally.
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) to practice nursing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for helping others with a friendly and positive outlook.
- Excellent teamwork spirit with empathy and dedication to improving residents’ lives.
- Committed to continuous improvement and understanding of health and safety protocols.
