Role Overview
The Regional QSHE Coordinator is responsible for making sure the organisation’s Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety systems are properly followed and remain fully compliant. The role applies modern QSHE practices and tools to support standards aligned with global best practice.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, food science, or science from a recognised university, or a diploma in Quality Management.
- Formal training or certification in ISO management systems such as QMS, FSMS, EMS, and OHSMS.
- Certification as an internal auditor.
- IOSH Working Safely training certification.
- At least 3 years of quality assurance experience in the food industry.
- Strong spoken, written, and reading English skills.
- A disciplined, professional working style with strong personal integrity.
- A results-focused approach and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
