About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a Life Insurance company in Kolkata. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to fill organizational positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and regularly revise comprehensive job descriptions.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates through online platforms.
- Screen applicant resumes and conduct interviews along with skill evaluations.
- Promote job openings through various job portals and social media channels.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and work closely with department managers to forecast hiring requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th grade pass.
- Experience ranging from freshers up to more than 6 years in recruitment.
- Familiarity with resume databases and demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven sourcing strategies and capacity for sound decision-making are essential.
- Availability to work five days a week as per company schedule.
Compensation and Growth
The position offers a monthly in-hand salary range between ₹20,000 and ₹70,000, along with potential for career growth within the company.
