Key Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and match skilled candidates to permanent and temporary roles within Civils, Infrastructure, and Construction sectors.
• Engage proactively with new and existing clients through outreach and business development to address their hiring needs effectively.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, guiding candidates and clients through every stage from briefing to offer negotiation.
• Develop in-depth market knowledge to better understand client needs and industry trends.
• Take responsibility for achieving personal targets and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organisation.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by celebrating successes and supporting colleagues.
