Role Overview
The Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for General & Administrative roles, especially within Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments. This position requires partnering closely with hiring managers and recruitment colleagues to source, evaluate, and onboard top candidates, blending hands-on sourcing with strategic influence over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including job intake, alignment, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and hiring closure for corporate functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define clear job requirements, align on recruitment strategies, and provide ongoing insights about talent markets and candidate pipelines.
- Develop and maintain diverse talent pools across Marketing, Finance, and Operations via proactive sourcing and strategic candidate communication.
- Ensure candidates receive a seamless, professional experience by guiding them through interview processes, maintaining consistent communication, and facilitating offer acceptance.
- Utilize recruitment data and funnel metrics to monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhanced hiring results.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience in corporate functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, or Operations. Exposure to real estate, mortgage, or fintech industries is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and building diverse pipelines for specialist and leadership positions within Marketing Analytics, Finance, and Business Operations.
- Keen interest in AI technologies.
- Experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
- Proficient in recruiting platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, Gem) with an emphasis on meticulous data management and process adherence.
- Data-oriented recruitment partner capable of refining strategies and accelerating quality hires through funnel analytics.
- Ability to recruit across varying functional roles including Marketing Science, Growth, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance Business Partners, and Operational teams.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring needs, seniority indicators, and market dynamics in Marketing, Finance, and Operations to conduct effective candidate evaluations and collaborate with interview panels.
- Strong communication skills to ensure exceptional stakeholder and candidate engagement with prompt updates and clear expectations.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions efficiently.
- Experience preparing dashboards and driving executive-level recruitment reporting.
- Fluent English communication skills for smooth interactions with international candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven success working in global organizations managing cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
- Active involvement in recruitment projects collaborating with global teams.
Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week at the Bangalore office.
- Working hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
- Only candidates residing in Bangalore or commuting within a reasonable distance are considered.
- Compensation includes competitive base salary plus incentive plans aligned with performance, experience, and location.
