About the Role

Dr. Squatch is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to support a growing organization. You will work closely with hiring managers across the business to help build teams that support the brand’s continued growth. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Marina del Rey, CA in a hybrid, full-time setup with company benefits.

The preferred candidate has in-house recruiting experience within a consumer brand, brings strong organization and communication skills, and works well in fast-changing environments. Success in this role requires independence, sound judgment, and a strong focus on candidate experience.

The expected base pay for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and local market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned openings across several business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy, role definition, and interview process design.
  • Handle several active requisitions at once while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Run strong initial interviews to evaluate fit, capability, and alignment with company values.
  • Set up and coordinate interviews among multiple stakeholders so the process stays efficient and candidate-friendly.
  • Build sourcing approaches through LinkedIn and professional networks to reach qualified and diverse talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity in Greenhouse, including stage movement and process compliance.
  • Create a responsive, positive experience for candidates from initial outreach through offer stage.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house environment.
  • Background in consumer products, DTC, or ecommerce is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions such as marketing, sales, product, and operations.
  • Strong organization and the ability to balance multiple roles, partners, and deadlines.
  • Confident, clear communication skills for working with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Ability to source effectively and engage passive candidates in a personalized way.
  • Comfort conducting interviews and making quick, well-reasoned assessments.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter are both beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and close attention to detail.
  • A collaborative attitude, positive energy, and a good sense of humor.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to move work forward with urgency even when resources are limited.
