About the Role

Our company is seeking a dynamic and process-oriented Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team. This is a permanent, remote position ideal for fresh graduates, those with entry-level recruitment experience, or HR professionals seeking a fast-paced and challenging environment. Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit candidates matching specific technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Leverage job portals, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn and Indeed), and proprietary internal tools to locate and attract IT professionals.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to source, pre-screen, interview, and forward qualified candidates for subsequent recruitment phases.
• Manage a high volume of job requisitions efficiently, prioritizing workload effectively.
• Design and implement surveys to assess recruitment efficiency, candidate satisfaction, and recruiter performance.
• Compose personalized recruiting communications and candidate evaluations.
• Post IT job openings across various internet channels and the company’s internal platforms.
• Generate monthly analytics dashboards and reports for management review.
• Maintain organization of recruitment databases, candidate records, interview documentation, and related files.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with ongoing engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or related operational roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for job posting, candidate sourcing, and outreach activities.
• Expertise in sourcing methodologies such as advanced searches, Boolean search techniques, and use of social and local job platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Ability to craft clear and accurate job descriptions tailored to job specifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to achieve recruitment performance targets.
• Self-motivated curiosity to acquire knowledge about new technologies, job roles, and industry verticals.
• Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
