Role Overview
This opportunity is offered through a partner company who handles the entire application process independently. The role is based in the United States and involves becoming a strategic talent acquisition partner to support key functions within facilities and support services.
You will take charge of end-to-end recruitment for professional and management-level positions across various operational settings. The position blends relationship management, market intelligence, and creative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates.
Partnering closely with business leaders and HR departments, you will influence hiring strategies and contribute to workforce planning. Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for salaried professional and management roles within facilities management, engineering, maintenance, custodial, building services, and related operational support areas.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce demands, provide insights on talent markets, and suggest effective recruiting methods.
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies leveraging professional networks, CRM platforms, referrals, industry events, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships through transparent communication, regular follow-ups, and a positive recruitment journey.
- Use recruitment data, labor market analytics, and competitive insights to enhance hiring approaches and results.
- Manage multiple concurrent job openings while adhering to recruitment metrics, exceptional service standards, and operational efficiency.
- Work in tandem with HR, talent acquisition teams, and business units on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and established recruitment best practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in recruiting.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing full recruitment cycles for professional, salaried, and managerial roles.
- Preferred experience recruiting in facilities management, engineering, maintenance, custodial services, construction, property management, or related operational sectors.
- Strong ability to interpret business needs, guide hiring managers, and modify recruitment tactics accordingly.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates through extensive networking, CRM tools, referrals, and contemporary sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent skills in relationship building, communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Highly organized, driven, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-oriented mindset with experience utilizing recruitment metrics and market intelligence to refine hiring decisions.
- Prior experience in large, complex, high-volume, or matrix organizations is advantageous.
