Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join Nexa Defence (I) Limited based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.
- Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls and emails to relevant departments.
- Manage visitor registration processes and maintain detailed reception records.
- Keep the reception area neat and inviting at all times.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing documents and entering data.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate visitor and office necessities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with computer applications, notably MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
- Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
Compensation and Other Details
The position offers a monthly salary range from INR 15,000 to INR 22,000.
