Role Overview
We are seeking a presentable and soft-spoken Receptionist / Front Office Executive fluent in English. The ideal candidate will possess proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and managing email communications professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration and coordinate appointment scheduling for both doctors and patients.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, including those from Just Dial, and maintain detailed records of communications.
- Handle patient documentation and maintain accurate records.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor with clear English fluency.
- Strong computer literacy with practical skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to monitor emails regularly and respond appropriately.
