Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Handle appointment scheduling, booking changes, cancellations, and walk-in traffic efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and customer questions with speed and professionalism.
• Guide clients on services, special offers, and membership details when needed.
• Accept payments and keep daily cash and transaction records accurate.
• Work closely with the salon team to keep operations running smoothly throughout the day.
• Maintain a reception area that is tidy, appealing, and pleasant for guests.
• Deal with customer concerns tactfully and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the branch.

Candidate profile

• Prior work in reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality is expected.
• Experience in a salon, spa, beauty, or wellness business will be considered an advantage.
• Strong spoken and written English communication is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Good organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once are important.
• Comfort with computers and booking software is needed.
• The ideal person is friendly, self-assured, professional, and genuinely service-minded.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
