Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the real estate sales team to meet defined monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Create and execute impactful sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding market presence.
• Source leads from multiple channels and ensure prompt and effective follow-up to maximize conversions.
• Conduct meetings with clients, present properties, organize site tours, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.
• Forge and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both potential and current customers.
• Manage and oversee sales team activities, ensuring alignment with organizational targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven prior experience in sales management and supervising team members is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in plotted development, farm lands, or managed farmland sectors.

The ideal applicant is an accomplished, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with expertise in farmland property sales, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a consistent history of attaining sales objectives.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.

Compensation

Salary ranging between 50,000 and 70,000 INR monthly.
