About the Role
M J Realty seeks motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to enhance property sales and provide outstanding customer service. This role requires lead generation, understanding client needs, organizing property visits, and successfully closing deals involving residential and commercial real estate. Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through telephone outreach, referrals, site visits, and marketing initiatives.
- Showcase and promote both residential and commercial properties to interested clients.
- Identify client requirements to offer tailored property recommendations.
- Plan and facilitate visits to property sites for prospects.
- Negotiate prices, payment conditions, and support deal finalization.
- Keep detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and sales efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Stay informed about current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitors.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Age between 20 and 40 years.
- Minimum education qualification: completion of 12th grade.
- At least six months of relevant real estate sales experience.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Familiarity with residential and luxury property sales, client meetings, and writing sales emails.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives potentially exceeding ₹90,000.
