Real Estate Sales Executive - Female

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Female Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role involves managing customer inquiries through various channels, explaining property details, generating leads, and supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Provide detailed explanations of property projects, including pricing, offers, and amenities.
• Generate new property leads and diligently follow up to convert them.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to comprehend their needs.
• Ensure regular follow-ups up to the point of booking or closure.
• Meet monthly sales goals and lead conversion targets.
• Keep accurate records of customers and leads.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Open to freshers and experienced individuals.
• Effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Professional, confident demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with basic computer and mobile operations.
• Genuine interest in sales and the real estate sector.
• Possession of two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous.
