Role Overview
This is an on-roll opening for an RCU Officer in Ghansoli / Navi Mumbai. The position focuses on reviewing home loan files, carrying out fraud checks, validating customer documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to support risk control processes.
Responsibilities
- Review home loan files, including customer CIBIL data and special home loan segments.
- Verify loan applications along with KYC, ITR, banking records, and related supporting documents.
- Identify possible fraud cases through due diligence and background checks on both the customer and the company.
- Work closely with the backend, credit, and sales teams on RCU report coordination.
- Ensure documents are screened according to the company’s defined triggers and parameters.
- Maintain the RCU status in the system on a daily basis.
- Update MIS records every day for tracking and reporting purposes.

Compensation
The stated salary range is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
