This position involves developing and delivering quality training programs within major infrastructure projects while upholding high standards and promoting continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive quality training strategies tailored to project requirements.
• Lead quality awareness sessions and induction training for new personnel.
• Manage competency growth initiatives and maintain detailed training documentation including matrices and attendance records.
• Implement and support project-specific Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
• Assist in quality enhancement efforts, conduct workshops, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, quality teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless quality processes.
• Support both internal and external quality audits and monitor the execution of corrective measures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose refinements to enhance learning outcomes and ensure integration of health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a closely related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in quality management, quality training, or learning and development roles.
• Proven background working on large infrastructure or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of quality management systems.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and practices.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and report-writing skills.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, or Train-the-Trainer.
• Experience in airport or other major infrastructure projects and familiarity with FIDIC contract environments.
• Expertise in continuous improvement initiatives.
