Quality Control Inspector II

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our company. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and verifying that all products meet both quality criteria and customer expectations through thorough inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and audits during the production process to uphold quality standards.
• Execute final product audits and document findings through photography of finished goods.
• Calibrate and maintain precision torque wrenches to guarantee measurement accuracy.
• Analyze and review internal discrepancies before logging non-conformities into the Oracle system.
• Organize, assess, and digitize quality management documents by scanning them into the Quality Server.
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) paperwork for submission to the customer portal.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at minimum a Technical Certificate or NiTEC qualification, ideally in mechanical engineering.
• Have at least one year of experience in quality control inspection roles.
• Proficient in English communication, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for identifying defects.
• Capable of interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and related documentation.
• Show commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality products.
