About the Organization
Shramik Naari Sangh is a women-focused NGO dedicated to promoting rural development and empowering women through sustainable livelihood programs. The organization operates a small-scale manufacturing unit that produces high-quality personal care and cosmetic items.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine analytical and physical tests on raw materials, packaging, and in-process or finished cosmetics, including assessing pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and sensory qualities.
- Perform stability and shelf-life testing on current and newly formulated products.
- Supervise production batches to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Detect, document, and investigate deviations or quality non-conformances and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Support preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for state FDA licensing, cosmetic regulatory compliance, and audits.
- Ensure adherence to GMP and cleanroom hygiene protocols within the manufacturing facility.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, batch manufacturing records, and Certificates of Analysis.
- Manage inventory of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and testing equipment.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for lab instruments and testing methods.

Work Location: On-site at Parli (Near Nanose), District Raigad, Maharashtra.
