Python Engineer - AI Trainer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python Engineer to support AI training work and contribute to the improvement of advanced AI systems. You will join a large coding community of more than 100,000 professionals across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering roles, all helping create practical impact in AI development.

The platform combines flexibility with challenging technical work. Projects may involve solving programming problems, building feature-rich applications, and turning data into useful insights through analysis and visualization. The output of this work helps train and refine intelligent systems that continue to learn and improve over time. Some contributors use this alongside another full-time role, while others make it their main focus and select projects around their own schedules.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. If you pass, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI models, with a particular focus on Android-related development.
• Produce well-structured code examples and explain solutions clearly.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future model performance.

Requirements

• Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
• Prior experience with Kotlin is preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following is required: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent written communication, including grammar and clarity.
• A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• Background as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.

Contract and payment details

This is an independent contractor role. Payment is made through PayPal, and PayPal will manage any currency conversion from USD. You will never be asked to pay any fee to participate.

Compensation starts at $50–$100+ per hour, with higher pay available for certain projects.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Applicants outside these countries will not be able to access work or assessments on the platform.
