Role Overview
We invite experienced onboard leaders passionate about exceptional guest service and leadership to apply as a Cabin Purser. This pivotal role involves managing and inspiring the cabin crew, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence across both Premium and Economy cabins.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your cabin team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Uphold Riyadh Air's values emphasizing hospitality, safety, and collaboration.
- Address passenger inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Work closely with ground and flight personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least four years in flying roles including leadership onboard aircraft.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
