Our client is a prominent organisation dedicated to executing impactful strategic initiatives within a dynamic business environment. As part of ongoing investments in transformation and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to enhance portfolio governance and project delivery standards. This role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership on high-priority business projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple strategic projects and programmes.
• Maintain robust governance frameworks, project controls, and standardized reporting procedures.
• Create portfolio reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Track project progress, budget adherence, risk factors, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Organize governance meetings and ensure follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Promote consistent project delivery best practices by working alongside project managers.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings to advance project objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements in project processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in project delivery, PMO, programme management, or portfolio governance.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects within complex organisational settings.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience in monitoring project performance, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical skills with a focus on risk identification, problem-solving, and continuous process enhancement.
• Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent are advantageous.

Salary: €75,000 to €85,000 per annum, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
