We are seeking a Project Contract Administrator specializing in Transport and Infrastructure to provide trusted commercial and strategic advice. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to procure, manage, and optimize contracts while contributing to team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Public Works Contracts for transport and infrastructure projects, primarily supporting the Employer’s Representative role.
- Manage contractual obligations including contractor correspondence, instructions, clarifications, notices, queries, and changes.
- Maintain comprehensive project and contract documentation such as action logs, correspondence and change registers, risk items, and payment records.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, procurement, and client teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project processes.
- Support tender and procurement activities, including preparing tender documentation, managing clarifications, supporting evaluations, and maintaining governance records.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least four years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, commercial management, or related roles—preferably within transport, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or public sector projects.
- Thorough understanding of public works contract documentation including contract conditions, tender documents, schedules, pricing, and correspondence.
- Experience managing tender and contract administration processes including preparation, clarifications, evaluations, and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple documentation streams and work processes simultaneously.
