Job Overview
The role involves autonomously integrating robotic and vision systems into established production lines, performing feasibility assessments on customer components to select appropriate vision and robotic technologies, contributing to the creation of innovative automation concepts, coding necessary software independently, and commissioning systems at both national and international customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Integrate robotic and vision technologies within production setups without supervision.
- Assess customer parts to select suitable vision systems, lighting, and robotic equipment.
- Assist in developing new automation and system concepts.
- Develop all required software applications independently.
- Execute system commissioning tasks at customer premises domestically and abroad.
Requirements
- Technical qualification such as technician certification or degree, preferably in electrical engineering, or vocational training coupled with relevant experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience with robotic platforms like FANUC, KUKA, ABB, or vision systems like Keyence, Cognex.
- Self-motivated, methodical, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Willingness to undertake business travel as part of duties.
