Role Overview

This role is based in Atlanta, GA, focusing on leading and executing a portfolio of strategic projects and programs within the company. The Program Manager will steer teams managing various projects, ensuring the program management approach is effectively implemented to deliver projects within established budgets, timelines, and quality standards that support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to identify, define, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals for short to medium-term plans.
• Develop clear project roadmaps including milestones, key performance indicators, and criteria for success.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on transformation, growth, and operational improvements, bringing structured solutions.
• Assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in shaping strategic choices, evaluating ideas, and driving analyses for critical decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, prepare materials for management and business review meetings.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable projects by overseeing planning, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Track project progress, manage interdependencies, and address escalations to ensure success.
• Design and monitor programs, address issues proactively, and initiate corrective actions aligned with business goals and corporate policies.
• Manage project prioritization, monitor the program pipeline, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Regularly re-assess goals, ensure alignment with concurrent projects, and support the realization of program outcomes.
• Establish success metrics and oversee reporting on business results, return on investment, and performance improvements.
• Conduct reviews after project completion to capture lessons learned and promote ongoing improvement.
• Promote best practices organization-wide to drive continuous enhancement of processes.
• Build and maintain trust with executives, business leaders, and external partners.
• Organize and manage meetings of the North America Sales Management Team and support the CCO with executive tasks including travel and expense management.
• Develop and distribute structured agendas for sales management sessions, ensuring all discussion points align with corporate priorities.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative processes for smooth and effective sales management meetings.
• Track meeting outcomes and action items, ensuring follow-through and accountability within teams.
• Serve as a liaison facilitating clear communication and collaboration between sales leadership team members.

Qualifications

• A college degree is required.
• Between three and five years of experience managing strategic projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills essential for data-driven decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is from $105,682 to $140,910 annually, depending on experience. Employees receive a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tailored to the role.
