职位描述
Role Overview
This position is for the UAS Fleet Support Team (FST) Lead Program Manager supporting FLTREADCEN East at Cherry Point, North Carolina. The role carries overall programmatic responsibility for the FST work carried out at this location, along with related offsite support.
Key Duties
- Act as the primary program authority for all FST workload handled at the site and for connected offsite support.
- Produce reliable program outputs and service delivery, and prepare recommendations for senior leaders across the program and the broader NAVAIR organization.
- Direct efforts to resolve issues raised by the fleet and use program-level analysis to help maintain safe, well-controlled operations.
- Evaluate and approve disciplinary matters and adverse personnel actions when required.
- Guide and oversee a large, technically complex organization.
Compensation
The posted annual salary range is 147945 to 192331.
