About the company

IFRI Fresh Cut Company is focused on supplying freshly prepared fruit and vegetables in premium quality. With the new production facility in Gallin, the company is entering a major growth phase and is looking for people who want to help shape that development. The role is based at the Gallin site in Mecklenburg-West Pomerania and is offered full-time with 38.5 hours per week.

The business works with demanding customers in hospitality, wholesale, retail, and the food-processing industry. Its operations are backed by a new partnership between IFRI and CITTI | CHEFS CULINAR, combining fresh-produce production expertise with long-standing experience in reliable large-customer supply.

Role overview

As a production employee, you will support the processing workflow for fruit and vegetables and contribute to consistent product quality, hygiene, and safe operations in a modern production environment.

What you will do

• Assist with daily processes in fruit and vegetable production and take on a variety of tasks in further processing.
• Prepare fresh products according to clear specifications while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.
• Pack fruit and vegetable products carefully and under hygienic conditions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene rules, HACCP requirements, and occupational safety standards, contributing to food safety throughout the process.

What we are looking for
