Role Overview

The Production Executive position is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. This role entails managing daily production operations, including the planning, coordination, and supervision of manufacturing processes to ensure the timely production of high-quality snack products. Key responsibilities include overseeing production lines, optimizing resource usage, enforcing food safety and quality standards, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating closely with quality assurance and supply chain teams. Effective communication with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain smooth workflows and drive continuous improvement in productivity and product quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in production planning and management to efficiently handle manufacturing schedules and operations.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate across production teams, management, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of food technology to assist with product formulation, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Competence in quality control to uphold product consistency and implement necessary inspections.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production is preferred.
• Familiarity with hygiene, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks related to food production is advantageous.
• Capability to manage teams, solve operational challenges, and function effectively in a fast-moving, growth-oriented setting.
• Educational background such as a diploma or degree in Food Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or a similar field is beneficial.
