Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain seamless production operations by continuously monitoring and managing equipment performance.
- Diagnose and resolve problems associated with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), SCADA platforms, and general manufacturing workflows.
- Work in partnership with diverse teams to enhance production processes and boost overall efficiency.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment to avoid downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Examine sensor data and other relevant inputs to pinpoint process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in production engineering or closely connected domains such as DCS operation and manufacturing.
- Diploma qualifications preferably in Chemical Engineering or Electrical fields are favored.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of PLC programming, including languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Sequential Function Charts.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, Metallurgy, or Mechatronics Engineering.
