Job Overview

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Production Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role centers on enhancing efficiency and excellence in our pasta manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in production engineering, with a strong background in pasta production processes, to optimize operations and maintain superior product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and refine manufacturing processes specifically within pasta production to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout all stages of production.
• Maintain and improve Quality Control systems to ensure consistently high standards for pasta products.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement effective solutions.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly, leveraging advanced problem-solving abilities to minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, process improvements, and overall plant performance enhancements.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations to promote a secure and productive workplace environment.
• Work collaboratively with Research & Development, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve optimal operational outcomes.

• Experience implementing process optimization and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
