Job description
About the Role
We are seeking Factory Helpers / Production Assistants for our food processing unit to participate in daily operations including product preparation, packing, cleaning, and adherence to standard processes. No advanced culinary skills are required; however, a sincere and tidy work attitude is essential. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials as per recipes involving mixing, stirring, and folding.
- Set products in refrigerators and molds.
- Assist with packaging and dispatching finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness of utensils and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Follow directions from supervisors and food technicians.
Work Schedule
The shift runs from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM with one weekly day off.
Candidate Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome, must have experience in cooking or kitchen cleaning.
- Must maintain discipline and hygiene at all times.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Preference for candidates intending to work long-term.
